We’ll provide the training, support, and systems to help you succeed.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and being part of a team that values honesty, excellence, and respect—both for our guests and for each other.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respectPresent the best solution to properly repair our guest's vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandManage the shop's workflow in an effective and efficient mannerConsistently and effectively present our services with honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the shop, yourself and our guestsDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing customer service activitiesShuttle guests as neededEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specificationsWork together as a team and assist other employees as neededOther duties as assigned.
